Cancellation Policy
Please note: No charge is made for cancellation of reservation 14 or more days before the due date.

A late cancellation fee will be incurred, however, if the notice is received any time within the 14-day grace period. The standard charge is € 120.00.

If no cancellation is received at all and the guest fails to take up the accommodation, the hotel may make a statutory charge, debited to his/her credit card a/c, equivalent to the quoted room rate for the entire period reserved, plus any bank administrative fees.

Please also note that no refund will be considered if the hotel was not previously advised of the “no show” in writing - i.e. by letter, fax or email - which would be duly acknowledged by return. Our lines of communication are open throughout the year, including the closed season when messages are routinely checked & answered every day.
